TGIF Nepal Fashion Week is a platform for young and experienced designers alike to introduce themselves and their creations before the fashionistas. This year too both the novice and the experienced designers have decided to be a part of the fashion event that promises an extravaganza of diverse designs.
Nude presents The Himalayan Times TGIF Nepal Fashion Week 2022 in association with Carlsberg and XUV700 and coloured by Asian Paints is scheduled for September 22-24 at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu. Farmasi is the make-up partner of the event supported by FYMO and Hyatt Regency Kathmandu.

This collection is an artform outfit made out of tulle material with asymmetrical neck and hem line.
BEING A PART OF TGIF NEPAL FASHION WEEK 2002
Anugraha Adhikari is a designer who has been in the field for the past six years and has worked with A-lister celebrities and many beauty queens. This is his second time showing his collection at TGIF Nepal Fashion Week.

ALL ABOUT THE COLLECTION
Our design is inspired by flowers such as daffodils and calendula. Our embroidered work is inspired by Kathmandu's architectural landmarks like Patan, Aankhi Jhyaal, Basantapur. We will showcase 10 designs which comprise lehengas, cholis and ball gowns. Knit, silk, velvet, tulle, and crepe are among the fabrics used. Each design is meticulously handcrafted, adorned with ostrich feathers, metal thread, silk thread, sadik, and nakshi. Our clothing features a variety of hues, including red, maroon, powder blue, bubblegum pink, rose gold, and light pink. The jewellery includes a gold-plated necklace, earrings and set of pink, maroon, and scarlet churas.

The largest platform for fashion in Nepal is TGIF Nepal Fashion Week. It gives young designers like me a push and encouragement to present new ideas and creations. We have the opportunity to collaborate with top photographers and models. This event also helps us market our designs and establish direct connection with our clients.
