KATHMANDU, MAY 10

The national active Covid-19 caseload of Nepal has reached 141, on Wednesday as 17 persons tested positive for the infection in past 24 hours.

The nationwide COVID-19 infection tally remains at 1,003,174 while the death toll remains at 12,031 as no fatality was recorded today.

Meanwhile, the total coronavirus recoveries stand at 991,002 with23 discharges logged today.

As per the latest data provided by the health ministry, a total of 505 PCR tests were conducted in the last 24 hours while antigen test reports for last 24 hours is due.

With this, a total of 6,039,121 PCR tests have been carried out till date.

Nepal's Covid-19 recovery rate stands at 98.8%, while the fatality rate stands at 1.2%.

Currently, there are no individuals in any quarantine facilities across Nepal.
