KATHMANDU: Nabil Investment Banking has inked an agreement with United Ajod Insurance to act as the share registrar of the latter.
On May 28, United Insurance Company and Ajod Insurance Company merged to form United Ajod Insurance.
Nabil Investment Banking Ltd will also handle all of the company's securities transactions, share cancellations, name list updates, and so on, as per a press release.
